        国内安保企业“走出去”的约束

              近年来,我国大批企业顺应时代潮流,积极谋求走出国门。部分民营企业也通过“引进来”和“走出去”积极增强自身国际化和属地化水平。“引进来”即引入国际安保理念、人才、装备和管理手段等,通过嫁接快速提升安保服务的能力和水平;“走出去”即走出国门,实施“属地化”战略,将中国管理、国际安保技术和属地化人才等优势相结合,在特定重点国家和地区为我国机构和其他组织提供安保服务。但受制于海外业务范围狭窄、业务能力不足以及体制上的约束,目前尚难以满足我国海外企业庞大的安保需求。
